‘What if’ and Sensitivity Analysis

Betsy says: I told my friend Henry to consider analysis. I’m not talking about psychotherapy. I’m talking about ‘what if’ and sensitivity analysis. I recommended a business intelligence solution with sensitivity and ‘what if’ analysis. This functionality isn’t available as a standard feature in most Business Intelligence products, but it should be. Henry did what I told him to do and he is a hero in his company. He can accurately predict sales and revenue targets and understand the impact of pricing or other changes on his profit margin and bottom line. He can choose the right option to ensure success for new products, and resource allocation, and budget reduction. He can predict and forecast results and he and his team can share options and choices and make decisions with full visibility into the impact of those decisions.
