This Saudi Arabian telecommunications company provides landline, mobile and internet services to its customers. The business selected the ElegantJ BI solution and services to integrate and consolidate all processed data and reporting from their subsidiaries, and to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting. The business wanted a platform to provide sophisticated, mobile, easy-to-use metrics, dashboards and analytics for its users.
