Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

IDD help simplify the way that business decisions makers use information, allowing users to access, format, analyse, navigate, and share information across the organisation. IDD comprises (enterprise) reporting, query and analysis, dashboards and scorecards, and the BI platform (including search capabilities).

Knowledge Base/Kbase (KB)

It is a collection of information, facts, rules, and procedures of a specific field of interest with an implied organisation and links to provide navigation among items within the organisation.
