| Balanced Scorecard |
| It is a performance management tool that summarizes an organisation’s performance from multiple perspectives on a single page. It integrates performance measures into the basic management structure of the organisation. The method consists of measuring business performance in four categories : financial performance, customer knowledge, internal business processes, and learning and growth. |
